My plant based breakfast with hummus sandwiches ✨🌱yesterday we watched a documentary called The game changers on Netflix which is about professional athletes who became stronger and has got better duration (who might also won some medals) after they changed their diets to a plant based diet. Athletes like @lightningwilks @patrikbaboumian @veganolympian @scottjurek Just to name a few. A study shows that even the gladiators in Ancient Rome were vegetarians and gladiators were physically the strongest ones in their society 💪 all this is probably totally against what we were taught but sometimes you need to question the norms of the society and things learned at school.
